Unless you have been living in a cave, you have no doubt heard of and probably watched the documentary called 'The Secret,' which is based on the Law of Attraction. I won't go into detail here about what the Law of Attraction is other than to give you the definition.

The Law of Attraction explains that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The premise is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are made from "pure energy" and that a process of like energy attracts like energy.

Charles Haanel wrote in The Master Key System (1912):
The law of attraction will certainly and unerringly bring you the conditions, environment, and experiences in life corresponding with your habitual, characteristic, predominant mental attitude.
The simplest way of stating the Law of Attraction is to say, "like attracts like."

Whatever the reason, this is what we've seen in the world. I'm sure if you study your life, you'll find a plethora of ways in which you've attracted people and chances into your life that have caused you to stay on the same road you've always taken.

According to the Law of Attraction, your vibrational energy, which you can control with your brain and thinking patterns, is irresistible to anything else with a similar vibration.

I will attract those people into my life if I nurture my vibrational energy or mental state to match the same vibrations as those with money or yearning for love. We'll connect on some unseen level, bringing us together at the same time and location.

On the other hand, if I keep the mentality of individuals who are bad with money, or if I'm always worried about having bad connections, I'll continue to attract the people and circumstances that cause me to be in the same state indefinitely.

The Law of Attraction is a skill set that is improved over time by practice. Just like any other skill, it has to be honed with repeated practice.

I will teach you the principles you need to understand to gain the power to control your mental state to attract the things you want most out of life.

It all starts with self-awareness.


Most people struggle to actualize their desires because they are at odds with their unconscious training.
Self-awareness allows you to recognize your own emotions and personality. In this approach, self-awareness is essential for manifestation techniques since it will enable us to comprehend our actions and thoughts.

The Law of Attraction is always responding to our vibrations. As a result, we should understand why we behave and think the way we do. As a result, we can begin to control our emotions and tune into various and optimal vibrations. We can only start to optimize our manifestation potential once we understand ourselves.

Being entirely aware of yourself and the world you live in can lead you where you want to go and what you want out of life. When it comes to shaping your objectives and desires, the power of consciousness and its role in life is critical. It answers additional questions; it tests your aspirations and strengthens your soul, preparing you to fight for it. It enables you to realize your full potential and make a meaningful difference in your own life.


According to people who teach the Law of Attraction, you can use the Law of Attraction to attract anything you want, including your dream job, a relationship, money, material possessions, and just about anything else you can think of! So, you must know precisely what you want; else, you will be unable to obtain it, or, worse, you will attract the wrong things.

A lot of people are unsure about what they want out of life. We think we know what we want, but we don't always, and we frequently only understand what we don't want.

"I want to be rich," for example, is a shared ambition. This is frequently caused by dissatisfaction with your current job or finances.

However, what many individuals fail to evaluate is which parts of wealth might make them happier.
Is it true that being wealthy entails not having to work? Does it imply the ability to travel? Or does it suggest having enough money saved up to purchase a lovely new home?

Being rich means different things to different individuals, so it's critical to understand why you're working to reach your goals, whether they're financial or otherwise.

It's never about the things you claim to want; it all comes down to what you want to experience. It's all about how you want to feel.

The law of attraction is all about being crystal clear about what you want, not the goods themselves, but the substance of events.


We all have emotional baggage or have had emotional baggage at some point in our lives. Many people dispute it, and others believe they have "moved on." At some time in our lives, we have all been injured, let down, lied to, disappointed, lost, saddened, upset, angry, irritated, terrified, sad, deceived, apprehensive, insecure, confused, taken for granted, surprised, embarrassed, jealous, guilty, discouraged, nervous, or helpless. It's nothing to be ashamed of — it's just part of life!

We may sometimes work through these feelings, and the energy of the emotion will naturally discharge from our energy field. However, there are occasions when we can't or don't correctly digest a feeling, and the energy from that emotion becomes lodged someplace in our body. This trapped energy can have both physical and emotional consequences for us. When we cage numerous emotions in this manner, the trapped emotions' energy might obstruct the passage of our life force energy, resulting in malfunction, sickness, and other bodily symptoms. These stored emotions might have an emotional impact on us by triggering and intensifying our responses. We will feel anxious more quickly if we have imprisoned feelings of anxiety. Trapped resentment will make us feel resentment more quickly. Trapped emotions of guilt make us feel guilty faster, and trapped emotions of sadness make us feel hurt faster.

Your ability to employ the Law of Attraction successfully (as a conscious creator) is inversely related to the number of emotional wounds and baggage (limiting beliefs) you hold. When you understand how energies function, it's easy to see how we might get caught in old emotional patterns that have been 'passed down' energetically via the family. Stuck energies are your previous emotional wounds. Energy is here to help you, and it enjoys movement; it dislikes being stuck and static. You can free yourself from patterns that have kept you imprisoned since infancy by releasing this blocked energy. You lighten and raise your core vibration by healing your emotional traumas, increasing your ability to consciously and purposefully create what you want.

Holding on to negative emotional energy lowers your frequency.

There will be no stopping you if you match your fundamental beliefs with your aspirations. You will never have to think about the Law of Attraction working again, just like gravity, and you'll be too preoccupied with living your dreams!


Your role at this point is to establish a vibrational match for what you say you want. What if you already have those things–the ideal career, the ideal relationship, and the amount of money you desire?
Your task is to figure out what makes you happy and do more of it.

Affirmations are an essential part of elevating your vibratory level to what you want. Remember that the law of attraction is not affected by the words you use or your ideas. It just responds to how you feel about what you say and what you think.

This one is difficult since your conscious brain will inform you that you're lying to yourself. But I really like how Lady Gaga said it: "'Music is my life,' you tell yourself every day. My existence revolves around music. Fame lives within me, and I'm going to have a number one record and a hit.' It's a sham. You're telling a falsehood over and over again, but one day, the lie becomes true."

It will be drawn to you if you can begin to think and feel as though you already have it (whereas if you focus on wanting it in the future, you will perpetuate the wanting rather than the having). People have referred to this as 'acting as if,' and I've discovered that the simplest way to think about it is to believe that I already have what I want, but it's not reflected in reality.


The Law of Attraction is built on a goal-setting and goal-achieving process that is reinforced by reprogramming your subconscious mind, but nothing will happen until you take action.

You must act and do, but you must do it from a very different source, not from hard work or hustling till you are exhausted but from divine inspiration. Divine inspiration will come to you in the form of ideas, people, events, and so on, and you will know when it is time to act because it will feel good! You are filled with excitement, you are aligned, and you are living.
