The Law of Attraction and Holistic Transformation Success

Unless you have been living in a cave, you have no doubt heard of and probably watched the documentary called 'The Secret,' which is based on the Law of Attraction. I won't go into detail here about what the Law of Attraction is other than to give you the definition.
The Law of Attraction explains that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The premise is based on the ideas that people and their thoughts are made from "pure energy" and that a process of like energy attracts like energy.
Charles Haanel wrote in The Master Key System (1912):
The law of attraction will certainly and unerringly bring you the conditions, environment, and experiences in life corresponding with your habitual, characteristic, predominant mental attitude.
The simplest way of stating the Law of Attraction is to say, "like attracts like."
Regardless of why this is, it is just what we've observed in the world. I'm sure if you examine your life, you'll be able to find lots of ways that you've attracted people and opportunities into your life that cause you to continue on the same path you've always lived.
The Law of Attraction states that your vibrational energy, which you can control with your brain and thought patterns, is irresistibly attracted to anything else with a similar vibration.
If I nurture my vibrational energy or mental state, match the same vibrations as those with money, or those looking for love, I will attract those people in my life. We'll connect on some unseen level, which draws us together at the same place and time.
On the flip side, if I maintain the mental state of those who are bad with money, or if I'm always worried about having bad relationships, well, unfortunately, I'll continue to attract the people and events that cause me to continue in the same state, forever.
Unlike the other key concepts of Holistic Transformation Success (Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Barrett's Psychological Levels, and the like), which are developed over the application of each Blueprint, the Law of Attraction is made possible by the implementation of the ReSteps.
The Law of Attraction is a skillset that is improved over time by practice. Just like any other skill, it has to be honed with repeated practice.
I will teach you the principles you need to understand to gain the power to control your mental state to attract the things you want most out of life.
It all starts with awareness.
Why Is Self-Awareness Important?
Most people have trouble manifesting what they want because they are at odds with their unconscious programming.
Self-awareness allows you to recognize your feelings and character. In this way, self-awareness is crucial for manifestation practices; it enables us to understand our actions and thoughts.
The Law of Attraction itself is always reacting to our vibrations. In turn, we should also know why we react the way we do and why we think the way we do. Consequently, we can then start to control our feelings and tune into different and ideal vibrations. Only after understanding ourselves can we begin to maximize our manifestation potential.
Being completely aware of yourself and aware of the world you live in can get you to where you want to be and what you want from life. The power of awareness and its role in life is fundamental when shaping your aspirations and desires. It answers more questions; it challenges your desires and builds your spirit up, ready to fight for it. It allows you to access your full potential so that you can make a significant impact on your own life.
Knowing What You Want
According to those who teach the Law of Attraction, you can attract anything you want with the Law of Attraction, including your dream job, a relationship, money, material objects, and just about anything else you can imagine! So, you must know precisely what you want; otherwise, you won't be able to get it, or worse, you end up attracting the wrong things.
A lot of people aren't really clear about what they want out of life. We think we know what we want, but often we don't. Frequently, we only really understand what we don't want.
For example, a common goal is "I want to be rich." This usually stems from some unhappiness with your current career or finances.
Yet what people often don't consider is what aspects of being rich would make them happier.
Does being wealthy mean not working a job? Does it mean being able to travel? Or does it mean having enough money saved up to buy a beautiful new house?
Being rich means very different things for different people, so if being rich is your goal or no matter what goals you do have, it's essential to understand precisely why you're working to achieve them.
It's never about the things that you say you want. It's about what you want to experience. It's about the way that you want to feel.
The law of attraction is about becoming very clear about what it is that you want. Not the material things, but the essence of experiences.
Releasing the Baggage
We all have emotional baggage, or at least we have all had emotional baggage at some stage in our lives. Many deny it. Others think they are "over it." We have all been hurt, let down, lied to, disappointed, lost, heartbroken, upset, angry, frustrated, scared, sad, betrayed, anxious, insecure, confused, taken for granted, unsupported, shocked, humiliated, jealous, guilty, discouraged, nervous or helpless at some point. It is nothing to be ashamed of – it's life!
Sometimes we can work through these emotions, and the energy of the emotion releases naturally from our energy field. However, there are other times when for one reason or another, we can't, or we don't process the emotion fully, and the energy from that emotion gets stuck in our body somewhere. This stuck energy can have both a physical and emotional effect on us. When we trap several emotions this way, the trapped emotions' energy can block the flow of our life force energy, which can cause malfunction, disease, and other physical symptoms. Emotionally these trapped emotions can affect us by triggering and exaggerating our responses. If we have trapped feelings of anxiety, we will feel anxious more easily. Trapped emotions of resentment will make us feel resentment more easily. Trapped emotions of guilt will make us feel guilty more quickly, and trapped emotions of heartache will make us feel hurt more easily.
Your ability to be a successful user of the Law of Attraction (a conscious creator) is inversely proportional to the number of emotional wounds and baggage (limiting beliefs) you are carrying. When you understand how energies work, it becomes clear how we can get stuck in old emotional patterns, which have often been 'handed down' energetically through the family. Your old emotional wounds are stuck energies. Energy is here to serve you, and it loves to move; it does not like being stuck and stagnant. You can release these stuck energies and thereby free yourself from patterns that may have held you imprisoned since early childhood. By removing your emotional wounds, you lighten and raise your core vibration so that your ability to consciously and deliberately create what you want becomes much more potent.
Hanging onto negative emotional energy is bogging down your vibration.
When you align your core beliefs with your desires, there will be no stopping you. Like gravity, you will not have to think about the Law of Attraction working ever again. You will be too busy living your dreams!
Increasing Your Vibration
In this stage, your job is to create a vibrational match for that which you say you want to have. How would you feel if you already had those things–the perfect job, the ideal relationship, and the amount of money you want to have?
Your job is to identify what makes you feel good and do more of it.
Affirmations are an essential component in raising your vibrational level to what it is you want. Remember, the law of attraction does not respond to the words you use or your thoughts. It merely responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think.
This one is challenging because your conscious brain will tell you that you're just lying to yourself. But I love the way Lady Gaga described this: "You repeat it to yourself every day – 'Music is my life. Music is my life. Fame is inside of me. I'm going to make a number one record and a number one hit.' It is a lie. You're saying a lie over and over and over again, but then one day, the lie is right."
If you can begin to think and feel as though you already have it, it will be attracted to you (whereas if you focus on wanting it in the future, you will perpetuate the wanting rather than the having). People have called this 'acting as if,' and I've found the easiest way to think about this is believing that I already have what I want, but it's just not reflected in reality yet.
Taking Inspired Action
The Law of Attraction is based on a goal setting and goal achieving process that is reinforced by reprogramming your subconscious mind. And without taking action, not much will happen.
I know I've talked all about your mind and your inner life so far, but to get some incredible results, you need to start taking action.
You need to act and do, but this doing needs to come from a very different place, not from hard work or hustling until you are exhausted, but from divine inspiration. Divine inspiration will come to you in the form of ideas, people, experiences, etc., and you'll know when to act because it will feel good! You feel joy, you feel aligned, and you feel alive.
